This business is very unprofessional. They failed to keep my appointment and failed to call me. I was left waiting all day for my technician. They obviously don't need my business, which is a shame. Not only did they lose my business for the original project, I am constantly in need of project services. My husband and I are physically unable to complete projects ourselves. I never even got a call from the company with an apology. I have never dealt with any company that was more unprofessional.

We had a clogged drain pipe. Which caused a flood in our kitchen and laundry room. Will was at our house within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. He diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Price was extremely reasonable. On top of all that, he’s a really nice guy. Will definitely use Service Pro again.
