The crew he sent to fix leak was a crew of young men that not only knew what to do but was VERY Nice, sweet, polite, professional and on top of their job. I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

I requested to have a bathroom sink drain hooked up, since I renovated one of our bathrooms. The drain for the new sink didn't match the drain for the old sink. It was off about an inch or so. The plumber came out and did a great job. But then, the total cost was a complete sticker shock. Nothing on the website told me there was $99 service/dispatch fee. Even the text that we received from Fatman did not alert us of this. Then, add the $200 cost to do the actual job. It cost me over $300 to do a job I thought would be very simple for the professionals. Nothing against FATman. They did a great job. But I think the breakdown of the costs should have been told to me before I accepted, rather than be told after the fact.

Very rigid. Their only objective is to make as much money as possible. Will never ever use them again. Poor diagnosis. You need to keep opening your wallet for every step of the way. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Stay away.

It has been a stressful week at my house due to a broken washing machine.
FAT Man Plumbing (Faucet and Tub) (Faithful and Trusted) came out today despite fuel shortages around town and fixed my washer in record time!!
I called on them as a last resort when another company pushed off my appointment for yet another day due to the gas situation. This isn't even what they actually do, but I was totally desperate and gave them a call. Do you know what...they delivered!!

What really ended up being the cherry on top was that they didn't take the opportunity to gauge me - even after I showed my hand and told them how desperate I was.

I could not be more pleased with how professional, kind and accommodating they were.
If you ever need to call on someone for anything plumbing/water/disposal/tub and toilet related don't hesitate to call these guys. It'll be an A+++ experience. Guaranteed!
