Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

First time using them today and they were wonderful as they were sent out through our Home Warranty company. Brannon was our service technician. We had an appt time from 3-5pm, but he called and asked if he could come earlier since he was done with previous appointment and we so much appreciated that. Brannon was polite and quickly discovered the issue with our toilet. We ended up needing a new toilet so Brannon got that approved with his office and he went to Lowes and purchased the one we wanted and came back and installed it. I now have a new pluming company that I know I can rely on. Thanks for the great service!

Daniel Grichanichenko came today for a check and wash. He was very personable and thorough with his service. He took time to explain how things work before just advising what is needed and I appreciate that so much! He seems to be one of the people that loves what they do and it shows in his overall demeanor.He and my husband shared a common appreciation for Transformers and Marvel so he was definitely a big hit here and we are confident in trusting his opinions on our needed services. Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

We had James Maples come out to inspect the electrical in our newly purchased home as well as address one electrical concern we already knew about. He was very professional, kind, and transparent! Would recommend this business and will be saving their information for the future!

We had a water filtration system put in our home. Last summer my hair turned green from all the chlorine in the water (I don’t have a pool). The crew came out and met with my husband who is in service and sales for a living. He was impressed with how professional the guys were and how they explained the whole system works and how to care for it. Our water tastes amazing, my hair is no longer green, they were on time , professional, and I would highly recommend Presidential Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They will be back at our house soon to install a gas line as well. It’s not easy to find reliable service guys lately so glad we found Presidential Plumbing.

Called them and they were available. Kept us up to date for appointment. Showed up on time in uniform and checked made sure we had no leak and installed a faucet and told me about a warranty I didn’t know I had. Trustworthy company

I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience…we had a blocked pipe and caused water to flow back into the home the night before Thanksgiving…they came out first thing Thanksgiving day and addressed the issue. Price was more than fair considering the timing. Very professional, personable, and discussed the next steps we will need to take to permanently resolve the issue. Will certainly call when that time comes to address and any future plumbing needs. Thank you.
