I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. He was on time and very efficient. He quickly identified the issues and provided me with the options for addressing along with associated costs. After the work was completed, he cleaned up his work area and it looked brand new! I was very pleased with his level of professionalism!

Jacob was totally amazing. He worked so hard to get my kitchen sink faucet replaced. He was also professional and personable. He was quick and explained what he needed to do well. I really appreciate him fixing my faucet and dishwasher. He deserves a bonus and/or a raise for his hard work. Thanks again Jacob!

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.
We will be using them again.

Company was booked by our landlord for an emergency blockage to the main drain line from our house on a Saturday night. Joey showed up with a smile on his face at 10pm and fixed the problem with ease.
