Had an emergency come up at our house on a Friday night. Called the home warranty company and they generated a work order for a different plumbing company. When I reached out to attempt scheduling I was informed this other company only works business hours M-F.. because apparently that’s the only time plumbing emergencies arise. So I called the home warranty company and they told me to find a company on my own and they would reimburse. We had a steady stream of water leaking into our kitchen due to a ruptured refrigerator water line near the tile so time was of the essence. I found Lawson family based on reviews and google and I couldn’t be happier that I did. They not only answered the phone the first attempt, they were able to get someone out the same day. Our tech David was an absolute professional! Respectful of our home and found a solution to the problem right away. If the other techs and the owners are of the same quality David is then this company truly lives up to its reputation! Thank you Lawson for taking great care in your work and the way you run your operation! Absolute 10/10 will recommend.

Extremely friendly and amazing customer service from Melissa to set up the job. Kaylor showed up in a mask and said it was for our protection. I really appreciated this simple but thoughtful gesture. He was honest, informative and knew exactly what the issue was and how he was going to attack it. No hidden costs, he was upfront about everything. I feel fortunate to have had an experience like this from a self-owned local business. Anything wrong going on with my plumbing from now on, I'm coming to Cactus Valley and I am referring them to anyone else who is in need.

The technician (Keith) arrived within 30.minutes of me calling Mr. Rooter. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly asset the situation and explained my options. After deciding on the option that worked best for me, he immediately got his equipment and got to work. Before he left, he made sure ALL the drains were working properly. He did great work and he was super honest. He told me what it was going to cost, what he was going to do, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what he said it was going to be. I couldn't be happier. Anytime I need plumbing help in the future, I will call Mr. Rooter and ask them to send Keith!

We tried to install a new facet and water filter ourselves. It didn't go well. We contacted Streamline Plumbing online yesterday. I didn't expect a response until today. But, Rich the owner, contacted my late yesterday. We communicated this morning and he as able to fit us in today!!! Jason came out and was very professional, personalbe and efficient. The price was reasonable and all is well!!! Thank you Streamline Plumbing!!!!

Plumber took apart a hot/cold cartridge which is never to be done because they are a sealed unit., and Milo couldn’t put it back together. Tells me it will be another week to come back and now shower completely torn apart and unusable. He should of called part store first to see if part was available instead of being incompetent and breaking valve into multiple pieces and cannot figure how to put it back together.

I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

at the beginning of the sale and install they were amazing. After one day of having my unit installed it broke. A manufacturer error, they sent somebody out here and made him be on the roof for the whole day trying to put a Band-Aid on. Instead of actually fixing it because it would of needed two guys instead of one. His “fix” lasted less then 24 hours. Day three of new AC unit and I have no air-conditioning. She laughed when I asked to be put in a hotel. They are hoping they can send somebody out before the evening tonight. This is the worst experience, not to mention the hottest.. I got a new unit based on their recommendation, huge mistake. Ill follow up on this post when I have a working AC unit. I have seen no urgency or real ownership taken on the end of the company. I paid over 10 grand for the unit you recommended another huge mistake

We're used many varried HVAC companies in the past 50 years and none compared to the service, professionalism, quality and value of Emergency Air. Our superb technician, William, was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything to us, and gave us total confidence our two systems were well taken care of. We'll be requesting him as our technician for future services.

First of all, Tom is the sweetest and most friendliest guy in the world. Tom came out, fixed our problem in pretty much a matter of minutes and we were not charge a ridiculous amount. This was so refreshing, as I had called 2 other plumbers, one said it was a calcium build up (he didn't even test anything so I have no idea where he determined it was calcium) and another was very adamant about us having more work done to our plumbing system than we wanted. Needless to say we will only be using this company from now on.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a hot Monday night in June. They sent a tech out on Tuesday who figured out it was the blower motor and on Wednesday they had obtained a replacement and installed it. Good prompt work and no issues getting my warranty fulfilled. Only issue was that on Monday night the on-call tech never picked up the phone even though I called several times. Glad to have cold air again though.
