2nd opinion was at house to repair running toilet. made repair. had to call them again, same issue. they came and shortened chain. had to call again (third try) same issue. they charged me again. they will say it was a different problem, it was not. they should have identified the real problem the first time. I was charged twice to repair what should have been done the first time. nice people, but they say they guarantee their work. perhaps, but they will charge you again! By the way, at end of third try, I was not told in advance that I would have to pay again nor what it would cost..just asked for my credit card again.! Margaret P. , Mesa, AZ

Our technician responded quickly (within an hour), gave me an estimate I was comfortable with, took off to get parts and was back and done with a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous.

Ryan was honest, friendly and interested in supporting me in understanding anything about the service he was providing that I wanted to learn. He communicated quickly and well to let me know how much he would charge to fix my issue and charged exactly what he said he would. He also communicated well to let me know when he would be able to come and worked with me to fit me into a busy schedule. His price was reasonable, the service was good and Ryan was personable and efficient. He also cleaned up to take all old parts with him when finished.
