We had the dreaded sewer backup occur one night and our regular company cleared the blockage and provided a camera inspection. They noted part of the sewer pipe was broken near the clean out and had a large root obstruction; it would be an expensive quoted repair and I knew this going in. I am sure everyone knows someone who has had sewer lines repaired or replaced and it is not cheap.I wanted a second opinion on the breakage and of course a cheaper quote, so I found Lawson Family Plumbing online and was impressed with all of their great reviews.Upon contacting the company for their free consultation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tim who came out and confirmed the breakage and recommended a solution. He was straightforward and answered all my questions. Yes, his quote was much less and the work could be performed quickly because I did not want to hesitate on this.Two days later Tim and his crew were on site. Each step of the process I was informed on what was being done and how this was the best practice to ensure a solid repair and replacement. He and his crew went above and beyond to dig deeper and fix more pipe than initially thought to make sure the pipe was secure for years to come, and.....the quoted price did not increase. Tim just wanted to do it right and I am thankful for that!It was a whole day process, but my family was only inconvenienced with sewer service for a short time, maybe an hour or so. As a bonus, my landscape was not destroyed and I got to keep my shade trees because of this excellent fix.I will gladly recommend Tim and Lawson Family Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. It has only been one day later and neighbors have already asked about the quality of work = exceptional. I know this is a cliché, but if I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!But wait, there's more! I have had different plumbing companies do different work over the years, from simple valve replacement to complex whole house re-piping, and the work was great but pricey. I asked Tim, ballpark, what would you have quoted for these repairs? Each instance was less than I paid. I have a water heater that is 18 months old and I have a water softener. My previous water heater began leaking at about 4 years. When Second Opinion installed this water heater they recommended that I replace the anode rod every 2 years. Apparently, the anode rod attracts the sediment and corrosive elements (like minerals in the water) so that they corrode the anode rod rather than the inside of your water heater tank (Google) and the water softener puts something in the water that causes corrosion. I never had water softeners before I moved to AZ, so I was unaware of their purpose. Sure enough, when he removed it, the anode rod was in pretty bad shape. Brandon and Aaron were efficient and friendly and charged me a reasonable price.

Prompt and courteous...but. Replaced pressure relief valve on water heater and wax wing on toilet. Estimate provided was without breakdown of labor/materials. Now I know why: total labor expended for both jobs was only 35 minutes from technician's estimate to final bill being paid. Wax ring part = +- $5-$10. Don't know about cost of simple pressure relief valve for water heater but, was able to use my existing copper drain tubing.....total bill $324.14. Yikes and ridiculous. Licensed plumbers ARE expensive??

Yesterday evening Don & Andrew came to our home to fix our “tub stopper” that had not been working for years. The stopper was in such poor shape that they needed to get a special tool and would return in the morning to remove it. Arriving On time like always-Don & Andrew removed it in minutes and had the new stopper installed in minutes! We no longer have to use a sink stopper to wash out baby! We have been extremely happy with Precision Air & Heating. We've had several different companies work on our AC units and Precision has been by far the my honest and forthcoming company we have dealt with. They have always given us recommendations of what they could do for us but never tried to force us to purchase any agreements or services that weren't needed. Austin is a great technician, polite and friendly and knows his stuff. We were very happy with him this last routine maintenance and will request him the next time.

I can’t speak highly enough about Walter and his professionalism, expertise and promptness. He is very good at communicating and talked us through everything he said he was going to do. He worked closely with the emergence water dryer team that came to help with our slab leak as well. I would definitely recommend plumbing and AC medic (Walter specifically) to my friends and family.

Stephen came out within a couple hours of my call to troubleshoot a fritzy water heater. Turned out to be a blown-out pilot light, which was a quick fix. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look at a couple other small plumbing issues we were having in the house, and he was very helpful with both of those too. Wound up replacing the drain hose from the dishwasher to fix a persistent stink, worked like a charm. Reasonable rates, quality work, recommended.

Unexpected A/C problem in the middle of the night. Emergency air took my call at 330am and had a technician there by noon. My technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me as he was fixing the problem. VERY PLEASED.

Called this morning with a plumbing emergency and Tom arrived early! Stayed until the job was done right! We can't say enough how nice and professional they are. They are experts in the plumbing business!!
