$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Great work at a good price. They figured out the bathroom faucet/ drain issues and repaired them with first class work. Had another plumber say that we needed to rip out the wall and fix the pipes for thousands of dollars. Nope, these guys replaced the cartridge and a few other things for $450. Good honest work. Do I need to say more?

They came out, cleaned the pipes. Work was done in a reasonable time and price was great. I have had them out to my house twice for different problems and both were fixed.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Technician Tommy Moreno came out to diagnose a cooling issue with our split system AC. He was very thorough and persistent in finding the cause, and did a great job in repairing the system quickly and cleanly. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Contacted on a Wednesday, Thursday morning they came and assessed my ac and replaced my unit on Friday, fast and friendly.

As a pet owner, I appreciated that this company's plumbers took extra care to ensure my furry family members were safe during the repair. Their consideration for my pets won me over.

Miguel was on Tim, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a exterior basement drain that was slow to drain. He share what he could do and the pros and cons of that. He was able to clean the drain so when monsoon season comes we have peace of mind that the patio will not back up into our basement. We asked him about scoping the rest of our drains and he did not over sell us on services not needed. He did however drain and inspect our water heater for no charge. Highly recommend them.
