I would definitely recommend Stephen at Right Now Plumbing to everyone. He is prompt, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable, and he always does an excellent job. On multiple occasions he has saved me from some potentially devastating situations. On one occasion I was doing some remodel work on my parents’ house, and I accidentally put a Sheetrock screw through a waterline inside one of their walls. It immediately started flooding inside their wall, and turned what was supposed to be a simple Sheetrock repair into a disaster. I called Stephen, and he rushed over and saved my bacon. That’s only one one example of many. Stephen isn’t just a great plumber, he’s a great person. I would recommend him any day!

Such a great company! They were able to come out to fix my issue quickly, communicated both the day before my appointment to confirm as well as letting me know when he was on the way. He was very friendly and efficient, showed me the issue and got it taken care of right away plus the price was very affordable. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have any other issues.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.

I was purchasing a home and the inspector recommended we get a sewer line scope due to the mature trees in the yard and the complications that can arise from roots. Due to time restrictions on the inspection period when buying a house, I needed to find someone that could get it done in a hurry. Rich, the owner, answered first thing and was able to fit me in the following morning. He talked me through the specific procedure over the phone and was very reasonable compared to the other companies I quoted.

Once he was at the property, he went above and beyond to communicate his status and the results because I wasn't able to be there. He described in good detail what he saw and even sent me pictures via text message. Will definitely be the first company I call for any future plumbing needs I have.

This is my second time using Wheeler air and both times I’ve had great technicians very professional. I actually called this morning because my air conditioner was leaking and I received a call right back. There was a cancellation and they fit me right in. Manny the tech answered all our questions. Very nice. Felt like Red Carpet service.

Hired company a year ago to replace my water heater based on a friend's recommendation. Priced out an AO Smith at Lowe's, but ultimately decided on a Bradford White 40 gal gas direct from Plumber From Down Under. I found the value for the Bradford White and installation to be very reasonable. 2 guys showed up in the morning and were done in about 2 hours. I just performed my yearly maintenance flush last week and encountered no problems. I am very pleased with my choice of water heater and installation.

UPDATE 5/31/23: Heard pipes rattling whenever irrigation came on. Called Plumber from Down Under who came the next morning. 2 guys showed up wearing company polos and patiently walked me through their diagnosis. Ultimately replaced my pressure reducing valve (PRV) and pressure vacuum breaker. Spoke to a contractor friend the next day who asked me what I paid. When I told him, he said, Yep, that sounds about right. He examined the work and said they did a good job. Fair price, professional guys, and quality work.

They came and fixed my water heater and charged a fair price. Others charged me more and were not as professional, so I will definitely recommend this plumber to all my neighbors who ask me often. If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was certainly the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters — with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either—affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I’ll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I’d say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can’t break loose his own filters — WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

Worst service ever. Came to the house, yelled at my wife about it not being a leak and charged almost 200 dollars to do nothing!!!!!!!!! Find another Plumber they are jerks and charge crazy prices. I don't know about the other people that rated them a 5, maybe it's their family or something.

Don't give this guy your business! The owner of this Company ripped us off for $1300 saying he needed the money to get supplies and then never came back to finish the job. He kept in contact for a couple days saying he was on his way or would be there at a certain time and then flaked completely. The kicker was before he stopped responding to me, he told me his truck broke and he used my money which was for supplies to fix it. Real class act!
