They answered all my questions, kept me updated on ETAs and what was going on, and their prices are very affordable. They installed a new 50-gal gas water heater the same day I called to get a quote. It ended up being $950 flat (no additional fees, costs, or extras like you typically see. What they quoted me the first time was the true out the door price). They were prompt, professional, and fast. I'm so happy I found them because I called 3 other popular plumbing companies and would've been overcharged for the same service.

Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away.

Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc.

Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!
