Dee arrived out to assess why my dryer and stove were not heating. He found some live wires in my wall that were not connected to anything. Upon further assessment, he found two wires coming into and out of my dryer outlet, meaning there was 240v running, shorting out, versus the 120v that is supposed to be there. Dee kept in contact with me throughout the whole fix and kept me posted on what needs to be done to repair my issue. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made time to do the job right!

We found CTR plumbing a few years ago and have trusted Erik with our plumbing ever since. He has repaired a slab leak, replaced our water heater, fixed high water pressure to our house, fixed our toilets, installed a kitchen sink, bathroom cabinet and sink, and garbage disposal. He stands behind his work and always does it right with good prices as well. My friends who have used him have been happy and so am I. I will never use another plumber.

Horrible attitude of tech , came in the door with a no , we don’t fix that , no that’s too hard , no you have to add that to the ticket , no no no period . After call rejected the service call with the home owners warranty company after they got paid ? Seriously horrible person and business . Do not use them period !

Plumber was prompt and communicated the issue to me. He enhanced the experience by showing me before and after pictures of the problem/solution. I’ll use them again when the time comes.

Did a good job repairing Fossetts and very professional once the home warranty people got a hold of him he was quite quick he did a good job

Ryan showed up on time. Replace all of my electrical switches. Installed 2 new switches which were not on original work order. Definitely will use him again.

Thankfully APC plumbing just called to remind me to leave a review so I could get a $25 gift card; I can’t believe I’d forgotten to leave a review on how poor they were. AHS sent this plumber out to clear a clogged toilet. When the technician arrived he looked at the issue and tried to take the clear out caps off but said they were stripped and would call AHS to notify. AHS called to inform me that the technician had relayed the information to them that the caps for the clear out were stripped and therefore a new clear out would need to be installed at a cost of $600 and that he had augered the toilet and shower with no luck. All three statements were blatant lies. The clear outs are behind the toilet and can only be accessed by removing the toilet and utilizing the coin slot style indentation in the cap to unscrew. JR was only in the home for 3-5 minutes and did not even bring in the equipment to try and auger the toilet or shower. Thankfully, upon expressing the facts to AHS they sent out a different plumbing company who came out the next day and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes.
