Had a weekend emergency on a Saturday. It took until Sunday morning for an emergency plumber to come out. Emergency calls are quite pricey. I’ve used ABQ Plumbing before and they’re very customer service friendly. You can tell they really want you to be happy.

The sales pitch element is strange, like you’re buying a time share or something. We had a full system failure in winter. We received a quote and asked several times for a quote with different equipment. Ultimately, even though we told the company we needed heat asap because we have a handicapped person in the house (not to mention us was winter) they were not able to provide us a quote in time.By the time they actually sent the quote another company had made a quote and finished the job. There was ZERO urgency to restore heat to my home.I leave three stars because they may actually be good installers, but I’ll never know.
