We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to receive this company's great service as other reviews show. I signed up for an AC check up last fall 2021 and it was canceled bc the technician called in the day of the appt. and he was the only employee trained to do this. Because it was late in the year, we agreed to reschedule for this spring, April, 2022, and again I received a call one day before the appt. that it was being canceled bc the technician was on an extended leave. I was advised by Craig to search for a different contractor which I thought odd but also unprofessional. With such great reviews, you think the company may have a back-up when a technician calls in sick or on an extended leave. This company is a THUMBS DOWN for me.

Used them twice. They were in and out. Very fast work and very professional. I highly recommend. And the price was a bonus.

Did a good hard job - cleaned up after it was done.

Called on a Saturday for a water leak from behind bathroom wall.200.00 and hr x 3.5 hrsParts- $130.00$871.00 for weekend service.Was left with 3 holes cut in my walls.Tech had to call multiple times to other employees as how to remove handle to shower head, plumbing and so on. Another tech had to come and assist the repair tech as to how to complete the repairs.

My swamp cooler wasn't working and Preston drove all the way to Rio Rancho after a long day to fix the problem. I was the last call of the day and he didn't arrive until 6:30 but he made the repair quickly. Thanks Preston!

I was really impressed with the equipment they used to find my leak. They made sure not to dig before they located the leak to save me time, head ache and money. I really appreciated it. Most companies will just dig everywhere until they find it then the owner has to flip the bill to repair the damage of flooring Sheetrock paint you name it. My neighbor had that experienced so I was expecting the worst. I have already recommended this company to a at least two neighbors and a friend. I will definitely keep them as my go to plumbers! The knowledge they have is unmatched. These guys have the best prices I was quoted and by far the best knowledge. Honest guys are hard to find.
