We were given a four hour window for swamp cooler maintenance at two separate homes. One truck and tech arrived for each house at the same time, and early! Jerry and Tyler were quick and efficient. They shut down the furnaces and got the coolers up and running. They were so kind to the old ladies who live there! They were patient and answered all of their questions. I’m so glad that Heather S. recommended this company! Worth every penny.We also just had Pam and Justin over to repair our swamp cooler. They were quick and efficient, professional but kind. I truly appreciated their assistance today. Pam had quotes for two different future replacement of our swamp cooler because of its sad state. When we are able to do so, we will give Pam a call!

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

My water heater began leaking on a holiday weekend, and I really couldn't afford to wait. I appreciated that they were able to send someone out to fix it the same day. The tech was thorough and communicated with me effectively about the problems with my water heater. Repairs were efficient.

I know this is my 3rd review. I can't say enough good stuff. Came out fixed my mess of a swamp cooler in about an hour. I always call them when I have a problem and have never let me down.
