Very uppity company. Had a somewhat odd visit from them to look at converting one of the units of my duplex to refrigerated air. The person who came by was named Jim Stuart. Had them come by to give an estimate a month or two ago and he had a bit of an attitude as soon as he saw it was an duplex. Like this company was too good to work on duplexes (guess they prefer houses), I got the feeling and my brother did as well like he was not happy at all to be there. He said they needed to replace the electrical panel due to its age (which they seemed to want to turn into one panel instead of 2) then was gone within 15 minutes and it just seemed like he wasn't interested and sent me a quick estimate that didn't really cover what we talked about. Didn't bother with them, then get a call just now to see if I wanted the work done (was a surprise to me they bothered to call back) and they send me a different estimate when I said the first estimate didn't really cover what we talked about. The new estimate went over what we talked about better but the summary of it actually said this was an apartment, not a Wagner customer!! I couldn't believe that! With that kind of uppity attitude, I don't ever want to be a Wagner customer! Would never use this company!

Daniels recently installed a mini-split system in my house. It was a great experience from start to finish. I first met with the consultant and project manager, Brian, who explained very clearly all of the details regarding the system and accompanied me on a walk through in order to determine where the components would be placed. The day of the installation, everyone arrived on time and the technicians, Tim and Nate, and electrician, Luis worked efficiently and professionally throughout a very hot day. They kept me posted about their tasks and were all friendly and personable. They completed the project earlier than I expected and tested the system to make sure everything was working properly before they left. They also left my property very clean. I cannot recommend them enough - the system works great and I'm truly thankful to have it during this prolonged period of excessive heat in Albuquerque! Thanks, guys!!

We had the pleasure of having Mark service our swamp cooler and fix a faucet leak (I previously had two separate technicians out from another company to fix the faucet leak but they were unsuccessful). Mark knew exactly what was wrong with the faucet and fixed it right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me why my swamp cooler was not working. We could not be happier with the service we received today and are very confident in Signature and its employees. Thank you Mark!

Guy's crew came out for an emergency call when nobody else could make it. They were kind, professional and very inexpensive.

Whitehorse plumbing was efficient, professional and saved us from several snowy days without hot water. Showed up same day after working all day on other calls and got us a new hot water heater in record time and for a fair price. He will be our go to from now on. Highly recommended.

They came to put a new wall box where the washer faucets sit. I had no idea how involved it was. They had to cut the drywall and do a whole bunch of stuff. It turned out amazing. They were thorough, kind and friendly. I could not be any happier with their work, and their price. All Good!

Someone came out on Monday to work on my toilet as it kept running. Had him check my other one said I might as well do that one. Still noticed a little noice inside like dripping he said I might have to replace the whole mechanism but he thought he got it fixed. So later that day
there was a lot more noise so I called to make an appointment for the next day. Nobody showed up no calls nothing and now the other toilet is running. So I have the water turned off to both of them and no plumber because no one is answering their phone..
