The complex installation was done by Alex Lackey. He was efficient, professional and experienced, got the job done properly and left no mess. I would use him again without hesitationThe installation was last year as above. Today 8/26/20 Alex and Todd came to do seasonal review and maintenance to include flushing the tankless. Both were polite, professional, efficient and competent. Excellent service! If my business was Wagner's competition, I would try to hire these two away from Wagner.

The service was great and the pricing was reasonable. We had to replace our whole air conditioning unit and the price they quoted us was reasonable and well below the competitors. Installers did a great job, especially under having it be such a hot day. They were dedicated and worked as quickly as they could, but they ensured the a/c was installed correctly and it's working wonderfully. The house is now cool and just in time for the July summer.

Replaced bath tub valves to stop drip and changed the hot cold water feeds in shower so they are on the correct side.

Fore Gen Plumbing is now my go-to when I need a plumber. Mari was very helpful and professional when I called to have a whole house pressure increasing pump installed. She had us scheduled quickly and had the estimate to me right away. When Max arrived (on time) he got right to it. His experience really shows. He did an excellent job and made it look good too. When it came time to pay, the estimate is what was owed. I believe that Max went above and beyond my expectations and no extra charges showed up in the bill! I will definitely be calling them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
