Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.
