I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

Sorry it took me some time to finally write this review. I've never been angry enough to build up the motivation. But after 5 weeks I am still mad. I won't even go into it. A 1 star is too high. Cannot show up on time and try to ADD on a bunch of costs when/if they do.

We had a water leak that needed immediate attention, Vince came out after hours, found the leak, and gave us options on the repair. He completed the repair with quality work, discussed what options we had for upcoming problem areas and took the time to show me the problem areas. He was honest about what needed to be attended to immediately and what needed attention in the near future so we could make plans. He gave us a realistic estimate and was able to discuss with me in a respectful manner (female-not a plumber) the repairs so that I had a clear understanding of what needs to be done. I'm very pleased that we called him.

Robert Trevino from MCS was assigned to exchange our 20 year old water heater. The work was very labor intensive and complicated. Robert came across as a true professional. He worked thru his lunch hour to make sure that we had a functioning hot water heater. Robert explained the work he had preformed and the different aspects of the new unit. He is truly a professional and a very conscientious worker. I hope that his superiors realize how valuable an employee he is. We give the highest marks to MCS.
