He took the time necessary to address the problems and never made me feel like I was intruding on his time. Additionally, he showed me the parts which were corroded and the cause of the problems - very educational for me. He represented your company extremely well and I am very appreciative for his responsiveness, professionalism and efforts in fixing the issues.
