They quoted me an astronomical price of over $12,000 to help fix my toilet. They said it was because it was a “special” kind of toilet that needed to be ordered LOL. He told my tenant to just keep a bucket of water next to the toilet and pour water into it if he needed it to flush. Then he left. Suffice it to say I’m getting a second opinion and will not be recommending them. I’m totally disgusted at that estimate.**Updated**After I left the review above, I was contacted by someone named Michelle (I believe) who had read my comment and had contacted the plumber to figure out what happened with my quote. She said that he had accidentally entered an extra zero. Big mistake, right? Like wow. So I asked if this was a common thing and how the company would have caught it if I didn’t bring it to their attention first. She said that there is a whole process before charging a card and that they would’ve eventually caught it. I said that I found that hard to believe since nobody contacted me and that I was the first one to call them on their mistake. She apologized and offered to let me speak to the manager. I finally got the manager to take accountability for the mistake and I agreed to continue with the order and paid half over the phone just to get it done. She set up the appointment and we ended the call. I felt reassured that this was an honest mistake and that they were ready to make things right with me as a customer. However after already setting up the appointment over the phone and contacting my renter to agree to the date (and paying half) she called back saying that the plumber still needed to order the part and that it would actually be two more weeks before they could complete the job. So this was the second call of the day from them were essentially they fixed the first problem (wrong estimate) and then created another one (needed to change appointment date). Now I had to call my rentor back to let them know that the appointment that we had originally made needed to be rescheduled for two weeks out. Then I got a third call that day from the same woman who had made my appointment asking me to change my review online. At that point I was so frustrated that I straight up told her no. All they had done was mess up every step of the way and then had the audacity to expect me to save face for them online. No. I told them that I would update my review when the job is done. As of today the job is completed and though this has been an arduous process I’m happy that the toilet is finally fixed. My renter says that the toilet is working perfectly however I don’t think that I would put up with this process again in the future. They have just left a bad taste in my mouth even though they did try to fix their mistakes.

I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem :D

Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. They were very knowledgeable about local codes to ensure the work was done properly and professionally. They are definitely worth every penny! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Ricky R. Kind person, explained the electrical new additions with patience, understanding and thorough electrical/product knowledge. With Nathan co-worker both performed a super professional job, down to the last detail and loose ends. I would hire this company again i had the feeling first off i can trust this group. I know this is my 3rd review. I can't say enough good stuff. Came out fixed my mess of a swamp cooler in about an hour. I always call them when I have a problem and have never let me down.
