Joe was methodical and thorough at each step of the process and communicated his knowledge to me along the way that gave me comfort and assurance to the quality of the installation performed. TLC set us up with an appointment to install a new water heater, however they had a cancellation so contacted us immediately and were here the same day. Something that is extremely important to me, is that my wife feels comfortable with strangers being in our home and she told me that the guys that came were very kind and courteous. Levi and the other gentleman (whose name she forgot, sorry!) took the time to answer all her questions and went above and beyond to offer plenty of good advice and tips. The price we were given was what the final cost was, other companies tried to sell 'memberships' and/or upsell to services we didn't need. TLC were straight to the point, they didn't make out that it would be more expensive because it was such a 'huge' job, they just came and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use this company again.
