Had to call late at night for a plumbing emergency. Was treated so well given the hour. It may have not been a big fix, but was still outside my scope of expertise and was not made to feel like I was putting them out for such a small job. From the VERY polite young ladies who answered the phone, to the young man (Dave), who came out to fix the issue and was just one of the nicest people I have done business with in a long time.....their service was superb! Wonderful customer service! Thank you all for taking a stressful situation and making it manageable. Please don’t change! Customer service is so lacking these days and a lot of businesses could certainly use some training to be as good as you. I will certainly be calling you all (during normal business hours, of course) soon to do some other non-urgent jobs.

TLC is awesome. They were able to figure out what was wrong with our HVAC system within a few minutes. A different contractor assigned to us by our insurance wasn' t able to figure that out within their 3 visits!!! Juan from TLC was very kind and polite. Was very clear in explaining everything and helpful. I would recommend them 100%.
