I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

I cracked the tank on the toilet. The tank has been discontinued so we replaced the toilet. I might have been able to get a lower price if I had all the time in the world but I know I couldn’t have found any more responsive or professional service. We are very satisfied

The staff at JP Plumbery are all helpful, friendly, informed, and very professional. The quality of work performed and service provided was exceptional. The technicians Cody and Mark were very knowledgeable, articulate, and capable. Everyone went the extra mile and were of good spirits!

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!

Left us hanging. Residential drain replacement. Water and sewage was off due to him breaking a water line (don't blame him at all. It happens) but next day doesn't call or anything. Had to hire a different plumber to complete the job. Bad taste with this man.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

My elderly mother needed to have the sewer lines of her house cleaned due to a clog. I called CPHC and David the owner came over on a Saturday to work on the problem. The problem was not an easy fix but David stayed on the problem until the problem was resolved. When I saw his expertize and his ability to adapt to get the job done right we hired CPHC to take care of a few other plumbing issues she had at her house. They installed a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, refitted the gas lines to install a new stove, and did some piping on the hot water heater in order to make it safe. I am very cautious about who I call to come to my mother's home in order to do any work. I would recommend them do to their expertize, customer service, and affordable pricing.

Oh I’m not impressed at all.
The diagnostic fee wasn’t applied to the bill.
Who does that? Only these guys. So beware.

Also.... the tech did a monitoring bs he didn’t need to and charged me $100 before I could decline. I hate it when people act like if they don’t charge you they could lose their license. Such manipulation. And to have done it before he asked and acted like it was mandatory, is sleezy.
So.... a fuse change cost me $200.

And then the tech hung out on my tenants lawn talking on his phone (more than 20 mins) until she asked him to leave. Creepy much?

I won’t be calling again.

Professional, priced fairly, showed up on time, knowledgeable, meticulous work.
I recommend this company.

I have been using TLC for my properties for over 20 years. Sure, you may think there are vendors who can sometimes show up sooner, charge less, etc. but you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get! We had a water main explode under our home, which was extremely stressful! Lawrence put my nerves at ease, I felt like the daunting job was in good hands as soon as he showed up. Every spect was made crystal clear throughout a 3 day job. He even came back twice since to check into things which may have been related and exhausted every option to make sure things were working as they should. He even went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing fixtures aren’t putting undue stress on our system and showed us how to perform DIY maintenance. With a smile and a blessing! If you’re with TLC, you’ve already made the right choice- if you happen to have Lawrence assigned to you job- you are LUCKY!
