Best High Efficiency Furnace Maintenance in Albuquerque NM
Alex did a great job in installing our new water heater. It looks beautiful, left a clean area and hauled away the old stuff!

On August 3rd 2017, I called Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came right over and after the estimate they gave me a very reasonable price, pleased I said yes and they were able to start immediately on the job. In no time they were done, the guys were very polite and helpful to all my questions they went above and beyond what I was expecting (due to bad experiences in the past). In the future I will be using Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for my plumbing, heating, cooling needs. You guys did a amazing job Thank You!

Great services as always. We had a leak in our bathroom, which was potentially infiltrating the wall. Despite being right around the holidays, and only having a couple days of notice, they pushed us forward as a priority, and one of their technicians worked late to make sure we were taken care of. Courteous, professional, and relatively inexpensive. Thank you!

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

AC unit quit working and they were there early the next morning and had the unit running that same afternoon. Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

I was recommended by family that this company is reputable but they are not. Initially they gave me an estimate which was outrageous (over a grand) so I decided to buy most of the parts they recommended. They did tell me the parts were not guaranteed. So I bought the water heater, gas line, expansion tank and the few other parts they said I needed. In the end, they did not confer with me about those new parts I bought and they only used the water heater I bought at Lowe's but not the new parts (their choice) It seemed like they were trying to save me money, which I appreciated, but now my water heater is leaking from the top. The owner Al, came out, tightened it and said it should never leak again. It did, so I called him again and he said he would come out and fix it. This was 2.5 weeks ago, (water heater is still leaking all this time BTW) NEVER said Oh by the way, we are charging you labor plus the part. I assumed since they did not use the new parts I bought, that that was on them. I called him and tried to work it out. I told him that when I called him the second time he did not tell me upfront he was charging me labor and that I needed to buy the new part. He decides to call me two days BEFORE to say, Oh btw, I am charging you labor and parts. I did not appreciate him not being upfront, assumed since they did not use the new parts I bought, that that was on them. Nooooooo, I was sadly mistaken. This company IMO is all about the $$ and not good customer service. Now I have to call someone else to come out and do the job they SHOULD have done in the first place! I am so disappointed because they came highly recommended. Don't try to reason with Al the owner either, because he will try to make you feel like it is your fault, he will raise his voice and yell at you, he even had the audacity to say to me, Oh, I knew you would say that as if the situation was my fault, when clearly, it is not. He has so much business right now his only concern is making that dough and not great customer service. I do not recommend this company.
***In response to the below reply now 3 years later. I understand that old parts need to be replaced; what I was upset about is that I never received a call that explained that or the fact that your company decided on it's own to finish the job the way you did, without giving the homeowner (myself) any information at all or the decision to let you push forth and finish the work. I spent a lot of money buying the parts and in the end, your company did not use much of what I bought, instead I feel like you just did what YOU wanted without including me, the homeowner. Next time, communicate with your customers that way we know what work you will be doing.
**Also it took this company now several years to realize the quality service they say they offer to everyone has been going down in form of reviews on the internet for everyone to see. I got a call from the owners son several years later saying his parents (Al and Pearl) didn't know about reviews and how the internet can work against their business. While the son apologized for what happened in my case, it seems only now are they trying to save their reputation because oooo it's on Google review. It looks like I'm not the only one who had had trouble with this company. If you are one who is satisfied with their service then kudos to you đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź because I guarantee that there will be a point that if you work with them again, they will screw you over like they did me and the other gentleman who worked for them. It sounds like it was good he got out while he did and no wonder he was looking for another job, that says it all!!

Kyle was outstanding the repair was done so fast I couldn’t even believe it, he showed up earlier than we had originally set which was amazing. He communicated with us through the process and diagnosed the problem before he even got to our home. I highly recommend them for your household needs we surely will be calling them for any future repairs.

Taking a photo of a child by a toilet to advertise your company is really weird……
