Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. Scheduled an appointment for 5/23/16 to have my swamp cooler serviced / turned on also wanted estimate on refrigerated air....to make a long story short...took time off off work R&R was a no show, no call. I called and they asked to reschedule for the following day..didnt work for me...I called another company - they met me in about 30 minutes - converted the swamp cooler over and provided an estimate for refrigerated air...which we will be changing to. I was very pleased.
Will no longer be using R&R for our home and our rental...have had too many issues over time.
