We have used MGP Mechanical on a number of occasions. Our behest job however was the entire system replacement of our A/C units. We changed out old for new and updated thermostats. Since then our management ability and the efficiency of the new units has been remarkably better. Can’t say exactly the dollars saved each month but it has been a savings. Their price was fair and their work excellent. Great guidance during the project as well. Nice to deal with knowledgeable professionals. Would recommend to others for sure.

Mark came to our house first thing on a Monday morning and looked at our old hot water tank and told us it should be replaced. He was very polite and professional. He didn't think he could get the job done until Tuesday but since we had been without hot water since Friday night, he decided to replace the hot water heater for us right away. He went above and beyond anything we expected.

Used COVID safe practice and wore a surgical mask. He came on time.
Mr. Whitehorse was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He showed me the problem and explained everything he was doing. His prices are fair and I was pleased with the whole experience. I recommend this business and I will definitely use again.
