Best Electrical Work in Albuquerque NM

Needed a new water heater! Because I had excellent service in July from Affordable Service with replacing my swamp cooler with a new HVAC system, I chose them to replace my water heater. Not sorry! :) Tony Sena listened to my concerns about my old poorly functioning water heater and recommended a new one for me. He also customized the new one to make it easier for me to do routine tank flushes to keep it in good shape and save on maintenance expenses. The day of the removal/installation, Tony and a helper arrived as scheduled, were very efficient and thorough, and always friendly and professional. After the installation was complete, Tony then went over the operating details with me. I am a very happy customer! I highly recommend Affordable Service!

Absolutely horrible experience with this companies plumbing workers. I was left with backed up kitchen sink, which I couldnt use and a sewer line that apparently could not be cleared and now needs to be replaced.On top of that, one of the workers would not wear a mask inside my home, even though I asked them too. The company did reach out directly to me and apologize, promise to do better and refund the cost. Hope they keep their word and improve service in the community.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

I have a very high efficiency Heil air conditioner. Albuquerque plumbing was able to assess and fix my problem quickly. I also felt that the price was very fair.

We were impressed with their quote, and Thomas. He was professional, polite, and very helpful. We liked their pricing, and may indeed use their services when we are ready to do our kitchen remodel.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

My elderly mother needed to have the sewer lines of her house cleaned due to a clog. I called CPHC and David the owner came over on a Saturday to work on the problem. The problem was not an easy fix but David stayed on the problem until the problem was resolved. When I saw his expertize and his ability to adapt to get the job done right we hired CPHC to take care of a few other plumbing issues she had at her house. They installed a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, refitted the gas lines to install a new stove, and did some piping on the hot water heater in order to make it safe. I am very cautious about who I call to come to my mother's home in order to do any work. I would recommend them do to their expertize, customer service, and affordable pricing.

I would HIGHLY recommend Western Mechanical to anyone who expects fast, courteous and fair priced service. They not only complete the work on time but sometimes even under estimate. I really appreciate how they stand behind their work. We recently had our little Shih Tzu receive her angle wings and received a sympathy card from Amanda. That is above and beyond personal service.

I have to say that TLC Plumbing is the best. They underestimated another bid by nearly $400. The estimator Bryan explained everything in depth and detail showed me mutiple options and gave me the best service ever. And was able to get the job done for me in the same day. He was very professional, courteous and respectful. I even signed up for their service program for future discounts.The technician Chico was awesome. Called me inadvance to let me know he was on his way to do the work. He was professional, courteous and went completely out of his way to show what he had done. He also brought to my attention another potential issue to watch for and that if anything happens give them a call and TLC will come out immediately and fix the problem. Although I was quoted an extensive time frame, Chico was in and out in 2 hours. He cleaned up the whole entire area and left it nice and perfect.I am extremely happy with both Bryan and Chico for the wonderful work that was given to me. I will most definitely be continue my services with TLC. Thank you guys for everything.
