Wagner and the crew are really knowledgeable and they know what they are doing . Jerry and his guy Alex were the installers and did a great job and was feeling good and convincing and spent lot of time explaining how each and every system works and did a thorough walk through and top of it they left the home clean. Jesus and his guy was good electricians and Wagner should be proud that they have these guys as their employees who take care of their customers and didnt spend a single minute wasting. My central evaporative and a water heater died the same week! Pam at Alb Plumbing took the time to do 4 different quotes, so I had all the options. She also ran over at the last minute to drain the water heater so it would stop leaking while I sifted through the $ options. Pam and Justin knocked both out in almost exactly 8 hours just like they said they would, too. They are knowledgeable, commucative, and friendly!

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Luis from TLC is as professional as they come. I've never owned a swamp cooler and he took the time to show me how it worked, explained the switch over process from the heater to the swamp cooler and replaced a few missing parts. He was patient and very quick and I stayed out of his way while he did his thing. The cooler now works great. Thanks Luis!!!

It pains me to write a negative review as I have used DJ's for at least the past 15-20 years and always very positive on the services and price. This spring that all changed. I contacted DJ's to hook up my swamp cooler. Tech showed up 4 hours late. Did not perform a PROPER installation, and then I received an invoice that did not reflect what was done (all that was done was hooked up water, and removed damper) I disputed the invoice for over 2 months before I could get a invoice that semi described the actual work done.
