Best Backflow Testing in Albuquerque NM

I had an estimator come out to evaluate some repairs for my bathtub and on another day had someone out to flush my hot water heater. In both instances the Wagner folks were friendly and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

My relatives were here for a visit - after the first shower I heard - “is the hot water heater on?” UGH. Bodie from Homerun Plumbing was able to came out immediately by rearranging a flexible client - after discussing parts vs. new, Bodie had a new HWH installed before we were ready for lunch. Besides being the utmost professional, Bobbie is prompt, reliable, technically proficient and such a like-able guy - will use them for my plumbing needs always. Great job!

TLC is a HORRIBLE COMPANY TO USE!!!! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY LANDLORD AND OVER CHARGED HER $4000!! Charging her $6600 for the exact same job my grandmother had them do, less than a month ago, and only charged my grandma $2200. So, they came out to fix my main water line that broke and sprung a leak in my back yard. I even agreed to have them start the job on Monday to help SAVE my landlord money. All they did was replace the broken galvanized piping from the meter, in the alley behind my house, up to the line going into the house. Simple job, hell my mom did hers herself and it only cost her less than $200 for the material. They just took complete advantage of my landlords concern to get it fixed for me as soon as possible. I THINK THAT IS UNFAIR AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!! T.L.C. IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I recommend finding a company who wants to help get you the most reasonable price, in order to retain your business in case you ever need them again.
