Best Water Heaters Hot Water Heaters in Buffalo NY
While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their customer service and the work they performed on site. Thank you Seneca team.....it's nice to know there are still company's out there who take pride in delivering quality customer service.

My mom was out of town when her basement flooded recently. I saw all the great reviews and decided to call Hazlett Plumbing. Sam did not disappoint! He patiently answered all my questions and quickly remedied the situation with a sump pump installation. He was empathetic, competent and courteous with a job well done. He communicated clearly and his estimate was accurate. Highly recommend Hazlett Plumbing!

These guys are awesome. On time, friendly, professional, kept me apprised of what their doing. Clean up and thorough explaining the costs. JOE N. AND DAN S. are the best. Would call these people anytime I have a problem.

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.

I understand they aren’t responsible for landscaping damage but their backhoe operator was less than cautious. Kinda careless. Then when the job was completed, I felt they took away too much dirt and asked for some dirt to be brought back. At the time of the job, the plumber even said, we took away more dirt than we though we would have. Well, apparently you took way too much. They didn’t return my call for a week and then when I called AGAIN, they declined. Spent nearly $10k and they couldn’t even bring over some dirt to keep a customer happy. They dispose of dirt from every job they do and I live a mile from their office. It wouldn’t have been a big effort but apparently too much for them. Then I needed a second job done a week later and they were $2k more than every other quote I got. Lucky for me, Cellino Plumbing offered to bring dirt, no questions asked.
