Best Tankless Water Heaters in Buffalo NY

Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

They replaced my tagaki tankless hot water tank.. they installed my first one and did such a great job I would not call any one else. Everyone I talked to explained everything and answered any questions I had. Great company to work with.

I called Sam with a clogged garbage disposal that wouldn’t turn on at all. He told me that it was mostly likely an easy fix and walked me through what to do myself. It worked!!! He could have easily scheduled an appointment to come and fix it himself ... I truly appreciated his honesty and help!!! Thank you, Sam!

The owner arrived within the hour just as he said he would. He provided a no nonsense and quick solution to our drain blockage problem. He is friendly and inspired me with a sense of confidence in his service. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I could not be more pleased with the response and service from the Frank's Mr. Plumber team. The sewer line collapsed on a Wednesday and they were here the same day to assess and stop the damage. The entire thing was repaired by Friday. They were professional and timely and couldn't have been nicer. For all the work they did, they were reasonable as well. Update; had McAllister come back for a different problem- forced hot air furnace wasn't working- had other companies look at it- never worked right- called McAllister - Jeff showed up and - found the problem and made sure all potential problems were eliminated- very methodical in problem solving approach and very well trained- thanks again.

have a navien system installed and was not told that it needed to be flushed periodically- may have been told just wasn't listening more likely- had another company come in that was qualified to service- very apparent NOT qualified- Navien systems are great but when they go bad- you could be inconvenienced for a while- called Mcallister as he was recommended by a friend stating they keep up to date on training. Jeff showed up and was very serious and methodical as these things aren't pulling out a tank and slapping another one in. got all the parts needed- when he said hey would be there- ( the other guy didn't get all the parts and when they did arrive they didn't check the mail until the next morning- their schedule was already done for the day so you now were hopefully on the next day) - submitted warranty items - couldn't be happier- i found my HVAC and plumbing guy.
