I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy. Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them. We will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We got super lucky!

Tech Matthew Gilbert was friendly and professional , explained everything he was doing and within 35 minutes the problem was fixed and water was flowing again. I don't trust anyone other than Roto Rooter!

We had a problem with the Humidifier on our furnace and since we had the maintenance contract with Roys we called them to fix the humidifier. The service tech came out and said he would order the part necessary. A couple of day later he called again to say the part could not be ordered we had to order the full control I okayed the order and waited until he called when the part came in. Today we had the control installed and we are completely happy with the job done and the tech that did it. Would always recommend Roy's to anyone who needs plumbing or heating work done.

I had to have my sump pump replaced. He got here on time wasn't even here 15 minutes. I was unaware that a sump pump could cost $650 with only 15 minutes work. I'm glad to have it done but my bank account is running low.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
