Best Outdoor Faucets in Buffalo NY

We’ve used WNY Plumbing since we moved here in 2006. Over the years they’ve installed a water heater, replaced a sink, repaired a sink, and fixed our toilets a time or two. Their service person has been on time or was courteous enough to let me know if they were running late. The repairs have always been thorough. As a small business owner myself I can say that they check all the boxes regarding good service, reasonable pricing and customer service.

I was very impressed with Roto Rooter's service. They were professional from booking the appointment through fixing my issue. Nick was the plumber who came out and he did a fantastic job! He explained everything to me as he went and laid out all of my options. I would definitely recommend!

I recently had my sewer backing up into my basement and it made for a very poopy situation. After attempting to do it myself I cried uncle and called the professionals. My call was answered by Kate (sp?) and she was so lovely. Very nice, understanding and a real pleasure to talk to given I was living like Laura Ingalls Wilder. They dispatched a technician Troy, who was very patient, personable, and willing to answer the inordinate amount of questions I had. The job was completed in about 45 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable. I wish I would have called them in the first place and saved my self some time, money, and frustration. I highly recommend you call them if you find yourself up to your ears in people stuff. As an aside, if you are having the external sewer lines cleaned from street to house at your vent you will need a spigot to connect a hose to as the water is necessary to flush out the lines. - Jason / DOS 3/24/23
