They replaced all of our cast iron pipes and updated our plumbing. It was a big job with a few complications; they did a great job. We had two small problems after the job was completed but they were here right away to take care of the Issues.

Mike came out to quote several things in our home. He was on time and calls when he is on his way. During service today Mike worked efficiently, neatly and was within the quoted time window. We will definitely itely keep using WNY Plumbing.

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

Highly recommend! Scheduling an appointment was very easy with a very courteous receptionist/scheduler. In this situation I needed someone quick after discovering the hookup to my washer was defective and a new washer was being installed in a few days. Plumber was courteous, professional and did a great job not only fixing but improving the valves. This company is staying on my go to list!!

im writing this review because your technician matt G #371 very humble guy,nice respectful, always smiling and i like that in people who come service my home he always calls me sir even though it makes me feel old lol fantastic guy and worker did a very good job with my problem and i would recommend u guys to everone especially to have matt service there home thank u roto rooter and give that man a RAISE!!!!!!!! cause he deserves it
