Clay was very efficient and explained what he was doing as he went along. He found an issue with a line at the pole, talked to Evergy about it, and they had a tech out within an hour to repair the problem. BTW- squirrels had chewed the wrap. Thanks so much! It's a relief to have it taken care of.

My ac unit crashed in a Sunday morning. I called and they had a technician out within an hour. Ramone was the tech. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. After about 30 minutes of diagnosis he informed me he had the issue taken care of and I was good to go!! Quick service and friendly, plus in a Sunday!!! Highly recommend!!! 5 ⭐️
