Our service technician is Kenny. He is is very thoughtful and courteous. He is always on time and has a nice way of presenting new products and offers to us.

Gus from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out today to repair the valve connector for my washing machine that was leaking. He removed the damaged part, replaced the entire mechanism, attached hoses in one hour, working in cramped quarters. He was not only on time, but early and was considerate of property, professional and answered all questions effectively. This is my 2nd time using Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will mot hesitate to use them for any future Plumbing needs

Devon came 10 minutes before expected and got straight to work on my sink! He had a hard job done in no time and he did it with little mess.

I had a really old water heater that was about to go out and needed someone quick! They came the next day, very friendly, and did a great job. I don’t have a sump pump or a drain in my basement but they were able to drain it and haul it off without raising the price.. I will definitely give them a call for any future needs!
