Just had Dave out here to work on the air conditioner unit outside. Reddi sticks by their free estimates. He hustled over before the storm got to my house to give me a diagnosis and fixed it within 2 minutes and told me what I need to do to keep it running smoothly. He did not charge me anything since he just hit the reset button. Will be calling again if I have any problems.

Thanksgiving day we developed a leak in the water supply line on the outside of the house. Bad enough that we had to shut the water off to the house…on Thanksgiving. Called Benjamin Franklin and they were courteous but couldn’t guarantee if they could get to us on the same day. Brandon arrived around 5:45, went right to work and saved the day. After running calls since 8:00 am on a holiday, Brandon was courteous, professional, and thorough. GREAT service.

Great service and friendly plumbers had drain line clog outside and backing into basement. These guys were great and did not cost much will recommend to anyone.
