Very professional. Timing's wonderful. Very kind, considerate. Called Rooter Plumbing Sunday & technician come over about hour before scheduled. Monday came over & put in new piping to tub, new faucet, new spickets. Abigail called from office, letting me know about scheduled time, again letting me know technician's on way; asking if I'm ready. Very Professional, Quality work.

PD Plumbing is my go to for plumbing repairs. They are very responsive, do excellent work, along with fair and excellent pricing. I have never had a substandard experience with them. Just had to have a lift pump replaced in the basement. Nathan did an outstanding job! Very professional and quickly fixed the problem all within a day. I would never go anywhere else to have my plumbing serviced. A great company!

Has amazing customer service. Kevin D got me in quick in arranging appointments for the installation and inspection. Justin and Cody was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, eager to work, and get the job done on replacing my gas water heater with a tankless water heater. They cleaned up well and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend them and the company they represent to my family and friends. I have tried the big name plumbers and I have simply gotten tired of their attitude so I wanted to try somebody different - a new name I've never tried before. I was not dissatisfied with my choice. The plumber came to fix the problem within the hour. He was extremely polite. He knew exactly what to do and he fixed the problem (remove and replace old parts in the toilet tank) within 30 minutes. I will gladly call this plumber the next time I need a plumber.
