Extremely overpriced. We were told that to repair the leak it would be $210. We thought it was something a bit more serious. The gentleman cut a hole in our basement ceiling, claimed he wasn't sure what was leaking, and replaced the water supply hose to the toilet. All of this took him less than 20 minutes. Total charge, $205.

I used Lyday because I was forced to do so through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lyday did not pull a permit to do the work on my house, below slab repair, and then did not have it inspected. The work done was not done to code and a plumber that came to my house later for a different reason was appalled with the work that was done. He asked me if I had done the work myself because it was unsafe and not done to code. He reported the work to the city inspector, at which time he said no work permit was ever paid for, and no attempt for an inspection was ever made. This project was about $1800 through Lyday and I am currently paying $3000 to have it redone by a qualified plumber. Future customers beware. I work hard for my money, and I really feel taken this time around. I will never use Lyday or American Home Shield for anything ever again.

We remodeled our master shower and it was a mess. Called Brand Plumbing and they came immediately and fixed another's screw up and even came up with solutions we did not know to ask. Honest company would 100% recommend.

Chris Thompson diagnosed our problem quickly and scheduled a time that was convenient for us as well as him. By the time he returned to fix our issue he had come up with an even better plan as not to tear out or into any more than needed, saving time and a little money. Everything seems to be fixed and we are having no more issues. Thanks Chris!
