On time Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing & heating air needs!! As a single man with 5 kids money is tight so I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!

Called about two exterior water Spicket on the outside of the house that we’re not working properly. They sent Keith to help us. He was on time and did a great job. I have used this company several times and have been happy with all the work they have done.
