From the call into the office to schedule an appt, everyone was so helpful and nice! They were able to quickly get me in the very same day. I was given a call when they were headed my way. Chris was very professional and helpful! He was able to quickly fix my issue and got everything back to working great! The cost was very affordable and they offer easy payment options. This company saved the day for me. It was a holiday, they came out right away, found the problem and unclogged the drain. They made sure all other equipment and sump pumps were working properly. They were professional , knowledgeable and tidy. I highly recommend them!

Honestly don't how how to describe these guys other than phenomenal and caring. I was calling these other bigger businesses and their prices and the things they were wanting to replace and work on had me stressed out. These guys came in checked out my issue and were able to fix me up at what I felt was a much fairer price. I hope I never have anymore plumbing issues but if I do I'm calling them.

CALLED THESE GUYS AFTER ANOTHER PLUMBER GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, THEN THESE GUYS GAVE US ON LESS. SO WE WENT WITH THEM. EVERY TIME WE TALKED TO THEM THE PRICE WENT UP. THEN THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO GO UNDER CEMENT AND WERE NOT GOING TO BREAK IT(BUT THEY DID). OUR LANDLORD SET THIS ALL IN MOTION THEN THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE FOR BACK UP ISSUES THAT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR WORK TO BE DONE WHICH THEY SET TWO WEEKS OUT KNOWING IT NEEDED E MEDIATE ATTENTION. THEN THEY HIRED A THIRD PARTY TO DO MOST OF THE LABOR. THENRITA CALLED ME AND TRIED TO EXTORT PAYMENT FROM ME INSTEAD OF THE LAND LORD. THE DAY FOLLOWING THE WORK A MAN SHOWED UP ON MY PORCH TRYING TO EXTORT PAYMENT AND THREATENING MY DAUGHTER WITH LEGAL ACTION. SHE WAS 17 YEARS OLD. NOW THERE ARE STILL HOLES IN THE YARD WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AFTER THE DIRT SETTLED.....I DARE NOT CALL THEM I DON'T WANT TO BE CHARGED AGAIN!

I have worked with them on my personal property as well as on large commercial projects and no one compares to their workmanship and professionalize.

This week I worked with On Time Plumbing and Heating for the third time and was pleased once again. At one house the replaced all of the plumbing. At another they did some minor repairs and replacements. They’ve always kept us informed and did a good job working with our schedules. I’d recommend them for sure. They’ve been nothing but helpful.
