We called Mr. Rooters on a Tuesday evening at about 8 pm. The technician was very prompt and got to our house within the hour. He had to dig around the back of the house looking for a main drain cleanout, after not finding one he had to snake out the drains. He ran about 40 ft of snake into the drains and upon removal it worked! He was polite, honest, and upfront about all of the costs that may be incurred from his visit. They even have a service contract that will give you discounts on the services! I would highly recommend Mr. Rooters to anyone in need of a plumber.

This company saved the day for me. It was a holiday, they came out right away, found the problem and unclogged the drain. They made sure all other equipment and sump pumps were working properly. They were professional , knowledgeable and tidy. I highly recommend them!

Colt and Josh took care of me today and a really nasty job to do but took with that pride and care respected my shortcomings as far as my lifting and what I was able to do and not to do they were awesome they stayed until the job was done right! The service we got was nothing more than amazing.

My husband and I have had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the issue when we had a minor leak, only for them to push the issue off on gouting and a cracked tub.. as the issues got worse we decided to try someone else instead of always calling our warranty. my mom suggested Roto rooter and they have done more work and put in more effort to fix the issue than the other two did combined.

I'm greatful for them and their determination to fix the issue enough to stay late. Thank you so much! You guys have saved me from so much stress and headaches, it's great to be able to use our water again!

From now on, Roto rooter is the only plumber we will go to when issues arise.

Brand plumbing is amazing. Just had what I thought was a complex job, busted outdoor faucet, two running and leaking toilets...they had it done in less than two hours, but it all looks like new. This is the latest in many good experiences with these guys. Worth every penny. Super courteous and professional, every time.

Tim was great, I told him what I was experiencing and he deducted the problem after we flushed a few toilets and ran a few sinks. He stuck his head down in the crawl space under my house with that wonderful aroma. Went outside looked at how my sewer line was working, or to the point Not working.He wrote me up a quote and told me the scope of the work to be done and even stated the the quote would not change. Well you no baring death or dismemberment. That part is my add lib. You know a person has to be reasonable.Now as far as the actual work goes. It remains to be seen, but from my stand point and how Tim made me feel I am totally satisfied.Thanks Tim and crew.

Devon came 10 minutes before expected and got straight to work on my sink! He had a hard job done in no time and he did it with little mess.
