Called to get service and no one called me back - very frustrating

I called at 4:30, knowing it was late on a Saturday, but confident I would get timely service as their website said they respond 24/7 for HVAC emergencies. After nearly two hours I called again and left a message. It took over four hours to get a return call and over five hours before a tech showed up.

Kevin was so nice and had my problem fixed so quickly !!!!

I never had a service from this company but the owner resolved a matter very professionally and is the text book image of an amazing business owner.

Reddi Service people came out at about 11:00 on Friday eve, May 24, 2019, to replace our sump pump which had burned out and allowed water to enter the basement, soaking carpeting and boxes, etc. They had been working long hours, I am sure, because of all the flooding in the area, but they were very pleasant, took care of the job, quickly, and we certainly appreciated their work. By midnight, they were on their way to another job! The main workman was Dennis Whitsell, and there was another young man with him, but didn't get his name. Both were very well-mannered, and we want to commend them on a job well done, and in such a pleasant manner! Thanks again, Dennis! Mel and Barb Nicholas

What a Wonderful Experience we have just had with On Time Plumbing , we had our main sewer line from our home to the lagoon Break. When we called to get help with our fiasco, they came out within an hour. They have an Amazing Team of Technicians, they called before arriving to let us know they were on their way, and they Truley were on time !!! They All were Courteous and Polite, and went immediately to work, they explained to us what had to be done and kept us informed of the progress . This Company has some Very Professional Men working for them , with Great Work Ethics !! They had a Very Messy , Physical , and Laborous Job putting our new Drain Line in , and they did a wonderful job with All of the project !!! They cleaned up all of the messes made and they even replanted a small tree that had to be moved , wow !!! Absolutely and Without a Doubt , we have found our new Go to Plumbing and Heating and Cooling Company with On Time Plumbing just can't say enough about our Appreciated Experience .Thank you too , for the very fair pricing !!!! ❤🤗⚘ Annie and Mark Mercer
