They are amazing and very reasonable. They fixed our broken sewer line and saved us so much money and trouble. They are swift prompt and extremely capable. Thanks p&b!! That review was from last year they have been here 3 times since then and literally have saved our situation. I cannot go on enough about how wonderfully amazing this company is. So if you are like me and hate corporate American fat cats I suggest you invest in these guys they never let us down. They are a blessing to the city of Wichita and Andover! Thanx again we won't have to freeze to death showering with a hose with no hot water!!!

Called On Time on a Saturday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working properly. Within 5 minutes the service tech, Jake, reached out and was at our house within 15 minutes. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue and then 30 minutes until our AC was back online! Jake was very polite, professional, and very helpful in explaining the issues. I would highly recommend Jake and On Time to everyone!

Me, at 1PM: Hi, my hot water heater is leaking.
Lance, Westside Plumbing: I can be there in an hour.

Me, at 2PM: Wow! You're one of those on time plumbers.
Lance: I always try to be.

Lance, at 430PM: Okay. You're new hot water heater is all set and heating water.
Me: Just like you said it would!
