Carr ‘s replaced the internal ball float system and cutoff valve and line on one toilet and replaced the cutoff valve on another. The workers were polite and efficient. Removal and installation of parts took 35 minutes. I was told there was a flat fee of $165 when I called to schedule the repair. I thought this fee would be applied to the repair. To my surprise, my bill was $450. The invoice did not break down service and parts. It simply stated service and the amount billed. I had not had any plumbing repairs for a long time so perhaps this is the going rate. I was just surprised by how expensive such minor repairs were. Hopefully these repairs will last a long time.

I called and they had someone out within the hour to fix my furnace. Benjamin Flores was amazing to work with and had the issues found and fixed quickly. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

Kenneth Baty has been providing semi annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioning units for several years. He has always been thorough. My furnace is an old one but continues to provide efficient heating and the air conditioner provides good cooling as needed which I feel is partially due to this maintenance program. Kenneth provides clear explanations about what he has found during the examinations of my equipment. He has always been punctual for the scheduled appointments.

Dutchman’s is simply the best. Our sewer was backing up into our entire house. After another company had come out and not been able to fix it for 2 hours. Dutchman’s came out and had it fixed in 45 minutes. The other company had stated we would need a sewer line replacement. Dutchman’s work was thorough and showed us we weren’t going to need that at all. You have to appreciate a service company that doesn’t oversell you things you don’t need. Thank you for your expertise and honesty Dutchman’s!

Their lead tech, Anthony, was superb; reviewed our situation and what he did to resolve it. Highly recommend to ALL within the Wichita community!!!
