If they can save you money they will be honest and tell you that as well which was my personal experience. They are also great at helping the less fortunate. We received a call less than 15 minutes after calling in for service and were given a time frame for the service call. The technician called 15 minutes prior to arriving at the house. Zachary K was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was not a drop of water in my kitchen or any mess.
