Best Water Supply in Boston MA

We recently called T-flow as we had a burst pipe in our basement which resulted in a loss of heat and water. Matt's team arrived to our home in a reasonable amount of time and proceeded to correct our problem in record fashion. Henry and Jose were professional, efficient and thorough. we will not hesitate to utilize T-Flow in the future.

Great communication and responsiveness. Got my water boiler back up and running as well as fixing furnace issue. Also got clog out of main drain and updated plumbing to main drain. Highly recommend. Honest and works til the job gets done. Wouldn't go with anyone but Drain Flow.

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Mike, Walter, and the rest of the team were amazing! During a time of high stress, when I was looking at serious water damage to my home, they came in and made me feel secure that the job would be done correctly so that I could get back to enjoying my home as soon as possible. Eric Benoit did an excellent job in cleaning the drain from kitchen sink out to septic tank on 9/28/22. He also detected a leak in the bathroom drainpipe, assessed the condition of the pipes from kitchen catch basin to septic and estimated the cost of replacing these pipes. Eric and Dan returned on Friday, 9/30/22 to replace said pipes, and they did an outstanding job. Their work ethic was excellent. They went over and above what they were expected to do and helped us in keeping our pipes in working order. They were friendly and polite. Their estimate was almost to the dollar! They are highly recommended!
