DO NOT USE THEM.

I called them for diagnostics service for the water leak from my ceiling. The technician came and stayed for about 1 hour. At the end of the visit, the technician basically couldn't figure out what the problem is. THEY STILL CHARGED $300 FOR IDENTIFYING NOTHING.

After the visit, the technician said he will send me the summary of the visit (that includes pictures, what he looked at during the visit), but they never gave me that information. So I've been calling them OVER A WEEK to get this information but they have been purposefully avoiding my calls.

I got connected to a plumbing contractor through my realtor and he fixed everything for $300. (which is the price I paid for diagnostics service that didn't identify anything and I would have paid over $1000 if I used McMahon Plumbing.)

Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

New boiler installation. I have used this co. for years. Kyle, Tim and Frank did a great job this time around. Professional, knowlegeable, arrive on time and good customer service; reliable with no hassles. (A bit more expensive than others, but definitely worth the money). Thanks again!

Brian and Tommy are the best. Very knowledgeable and honest. I manage properties and only call them if there is any plumbing needs.

I called the company because my AC was not cooling. A technician came after two days and told me the AC was working but weak. He left without providing any solution. The thermostat still read 81 degrees although the setting was 72. (How can you say it's working?!) Very doubtful about their ability. I later called the customer service regarding a dispatch/trip charge of $159, which I kindly asked if they could give me a one-time courtesy waiver since I just paid $40,000 to them recently on a heating/hot water system. Not only were they unwilling to waiver the fee or give me a break, but the representative hung up on me after saying You don't talk over me. This behavior was childish and unprofessional. The responder to my review accused me being abusive after an insincere apology. What kind of response can be more lame and more confrontational than that? My experience with them was nothing but frustrations. Who needs it? Hopefully they will make effort to improve their services.
