Frank has been doing my heating and plumbing for years. When I call he comes, never a problem. He takes care of things the first time and ALWAYS does a good job.

Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

Just had them come out to fix our hose! On time, friendly, and did a wonderful job. Pricing was less than expected!! We will absolutely use them in the future.

Had previously used to install a water heater. Called due to a water heater leak. Went at the property with tenet present would not replace water heater without a check for repair at completion. Would not accept a check to be mailed. Never again. Terrible service. Also had called months before for a different water heater and told could not get to it for days. Just not reliable.

I called today to Drew Donarumo Plumbing and they called me right back. I was so impressed that they came to service my washer machine with a new valve. I also had a leak in my kitchen fawcett that they took care of also. I would highly recommend Donarumo Plumbing. I had a wonderful experience and was very satisfied. It took me a while to find a plumber that was even willing to talk to me about installing a European style radiator in place of an old cast iron. From the start of the project, Matt was really responsive. He was even texting back and forth with me at 8 in the evening to flush out some details prior to ordering the radiator.

On the day of the install, Matt's crew (Henry and Marco) came and did the install. It wasn't without its obstacles (old 100 year old house with very old hydronic system). But at every step of the way, Henry and Marco worked through the issues and got the thing installed. The result is awesome, the radiator now blends into the wall and we've reclaimed about a foot 1/2 of wasted space. We are considering doing a few more throughout the house.

The quality of the work is excellent and the price quoted for the radiator and install was bang on. I can't say enough about this crew, will be using them again for future projects.

I have worked for Ms. Smalls for the past couple of years and never had any problems. Ms. Smalls called me regarding her existing water heater. She told me the existing T & P relief valve was dripping a little water. I installed a new T & P relief valve, checked for leaks, and nothing was leaking from the new T & P relief valve when I left. I explained to Ms. Smalls that if the T & P relief valve leaks again, we would have to install an expansion tank on the main cold water line and a pressure-reducing valve. I charged $100 for labor and parts. A week later, I received a call from Ms. Smalls stating that the T & P relief valve was dripping. I explained to her again that we would have to install the expansion tank and pressure-reducing valve. Ms. Smalls excused me of installing the T & P relief valve wrong. You can’t install a relief valve wrong because it goes straight into the tank and there wasn’t any water leaking. Ms. Smalls insisted that the T & P is defected. I told Ms. Smalls to call the Water and Sewer to check the water pressure coming into her house. I had called Watts Tech Support, which is the manufacturing of the T & P relief valve to verify the problem. Watts Tech Support explained to me the same thing that I explained to Ms. Smalls before. I called Ms. Smalls back to tell her what Watts Tech Support explained to me. Ms. Smalls kept insisting that I installed it wrong and the water pressure was 70 pounds, which is still to high and should be 60 to 65 pounds. Ms. Smalls didn’t want to hear anything that I had to say and she kept insulting my integrity as a professional plumber. Ms. Smalls said she was going to get another plumber and hung up on me. I have been in business for 23 years and never had any complaints or problems from my customers. As a professional plumber, I stand behind the quality of my work and resolve any issues that may occur with a customer.
