Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

I just had a gas dryer delivered, but the delivery folks were not licensed to do the gas hookup.

I called Gomes Plumbing Heating and Cooling, and 20 minutes later, Frank was parked in front of my house! It only took another 15 for him to finish the gas hookup. Very happy with the speed and quality of service — thanks, Frank!

I called today to Drew Donarumo Plumbing and they called me right back. I was so impressed that they came to service my washer machine with a new valve. I also had a leak in my kitchen fawcett that they took care of also. I would highly recommend Donarumo Plumbing. I had a wonderful experience and was very satisfied. I noticed my 10 yr old hot water heater for my condo started leaking late one night after work so I contacted T-Flow. I called after 9 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Matt, the owner of T-Flow. Not only did Matt help me find the information on the heater that he needed but he had a team at my home at 9 AM the following morning to begin the removal and installation of my new hot water heater! He didn't pressure me into buying any specific brand and he gave me price options. I felt that Matt was fair, honest and very professional! T-Flow got the job done in a timely manor and left the area spotless too! I would definitely use T-Flow again and I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in the Boston Area!

I was given Bill's card through a friend who said she had a great experience using him. I called several Plumbers before calling Bill and they said they would schedule me in a few weeks or some didn't answer or return my call.

The first time I called I left Bill a message and within 20 minutes he returned my phone call, he schedule an appointment for the next day! He showed up on time fixed my garbage disposal, he was very quick, friendly, clean, and most importantly Honest!

The second Time I used bill was to install my dishwasher, I left a message he called me right back and even came the same day to install the unit! I had the same experience as the first time and he also showed me several of the steps he took to install the unit so if I ever needed to pull it out for any reason I would know what I was doing. He was very meticulous during the install and made sure everything fit and ran perfect before leaving.

I highly recommend him, and will be using him for any future plumbing work!
