I can't say enough about Richard and his crew at Boston Water Heaters.I was extremely happy with the response when I called them when my old water heater failed and had water all over my basement.Rich and his crew came within an hour of my phone call , installed a new water heater same day at a reasonable cost . Quoted $1600 on a job that I got done for $300 when asked for breakdown of parts vs labor guy shrugged...did come out on time to quote the job though, now a day 3 stars for that.
