781 helped me some time ago with refilling the Freon in my ac unit and recently helped me troubleshoot a power issue with my thermostat over the phone.

Both times I’ve been left with no further issues or questions - will be working with them in the future for sure.

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

Hands down the best there is!! Steven rocks he was honest from start to finish! This is the company you would want to hire to get things done when needed ! Honesty is all and Chillie Willie was honest with me about my unit not having any issues another company would of sold me a whole new unit when not needed !I will definitely be calling you guys back when needed no hesitation !!! I was impressed they contacted me within an hour .I got a text and a picture of Josh(my new plumber for life) before he arrived. He arrived on time , professional, and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and what the problem was from the first people who hooked up my gas line for my dryer. He made me feel like I wasn't the only person who made a very bad decision about having the delivery people from Home Depot hook up the gas. Bad decision on my part.I am so happy with Josh and Akain. Jim has been helping us with our heating systems and hot water heaters for many years. He has always been professional, courteous and his services are reasonably priced.

I found Rich on Angie's List and gave him a call because the reviews he had were so good. I left him a message and he called me right back and we made an appointment for later that evening. Rich was there on time and was extremely nice and informative on my extremely old boiler system, water heater and the oil to gas conversion that was going to take place. Rich then sent me a quote in the mail which wasn't the cheapest but far from the most expensive that I had received and we decided that he was the best guy for the job. Prior to starting the job my husband and I noticed that one of our radiators started leaking and another was extremely loud. Therefore, I called Rich and he came out within a half hour and remedied the problem. When he came to start the job he was always dependable and willing to answer any questions. Rich was so personable that my husband and I looked forward to getting home and having small talk with him. One Saturday he came to do some work and brought my husband and I some AMAZING scones that he gets from one of his other clients and let me just say, they were to DIE for. How many people can say that they got breakfast from their plumber and above that enjoyed having them around?! As far as Rich's work is concerned, the boiler and water heater came out beautifully, when you have steam heat it truly is an art form and Rich is quite the artist. Our basement was literally cleaner when he left then it was when he came in. Needless to say, Rich will be the guy I call with all my plumbing issues.

Matt Patchell and everyone at Trust 1 Services did an excellent job installing our furnace and servicing our entire HVAC system. Matt went above and beyond any service technician I have ever worked with. Trust 1 worked tirelessly to troubleshoot our furnace issue(s) and it was really a team effort including Brad in scheduling as well as Anthony the owner. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication!
